There are five categories of booths, each in separate areas.

  • Antiques section
  • Arts & Crafts section
  • Commercial section
  • Information section
  • Food section

Also listed is the application procedure for entertainment.

Exhibitors must furnish booths, tables, chairs and any other set-up items. You will be assigned a space and reporting time. Exhibitors may purchase multiple spaces. Tents, tables and chairs can also be rented from Custer Fair.

Entry Fees and Deadline
The deadline is May 1st, 2008. There is a $25 late registration fee after May 1st. The entry fee cannot be refunded after May 1st, unless application is received after May 1st and not accepted. Application should be postmarked by May 1st to avoid late fee. There is a $10 non-refundable screening fee for all applicants, except for those in the Information category.

Applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis, with priority given to Custer Fair members. If accepted you will receive an Exhibitors Information Packet on June 1st.

Date and Time
The fair will be in operation on Saturday and Sunday, June 21 & 22, from 10 a.m. till 7 p.m. Chicago Ave. is open till 9 p.m. Participants are required to be set up prior to 10 a.m. and to remain open till closing is announced.
